Eighteen Sound Xover 12NCX750

The Eighteen Sound Xover 12NCX750 is a professional 2-way filter net. It was created to be used in combination with the 18 Sound 12NCX750 and 12NCX750H coaxial speakers with neodymium magnet .

In fact, Xover 12NCX750 uses very high quality electronic components and is the ideal choice for those looking for a “ready to use” product. In addition, specially it designed to be matched with the coaxial Eighteen Sound from 12 inches, this crossover ensures responses in phase and frequency ideals. In addition, it includes a dynamic driver protection circuit. This circuit is intended to prevent too high power levels from damaging the driver coil.

Now some technical data, directly from 18 Sound : the crossover frequency of this 2-way filter is centered at 2400 Hz on a nominal impedance of 8 Ω. The maximum dissipated electrical power is 1600 Watts. Furthermore, the peculiar characteristic of this filter net is the asymmetry of the slopes. In fact we have a slope of 24 dB / oct for the low-pass cell and 12 dB / oct for the high-pass cell.
