CEMENT BINDER DUNLOP POLY VINYL 1 LITER

The surface must be prepared, oil or grease must first be
removed with a suitable detergent. Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from all
loose particles.
1. Repairs to Concrete Brickwork, Stone, etc.
(a) Prepare surface as above.
(b) Apply priming coat and allow to dry. (See table below)
(c) Apply bonding coat and allow to dry. (See table below)
(d) Apply mortar mix. (See table below)

2. New Concrete Floor
(a) Prepare surface as detailed above.
(b) Apply bonding coat and allow to dry. (See table below)
(c) Float on concrete mix as recommended below.
N.B. if Dunlop Cement Binder is not included in New Concrete Mix, float on
whilst bonding coat is still tacky.
3. Porous or Dusting Floors
(a) Prepare surface as detailed above.
(b) Apply (2) Priming coats and allow to dry.
(c) If floor is very bad, re-plaster with mortar mixt. (See table below)
