The  Moura Clean 12MF220 Solar Battery  has a capacity of 220Ah.

 

The  batteries  are made of 1010/1020 steel and have a Clean technology that makes them more resistant to high temperatures, reducing energy consumption in hot periods, thus reducing the emission of CO 2  into the atmosphere.

 

Moura Clean 12V : battery specially designed for integration in photovoltaic energy systems with greater durability under severe conditions of use, ensuring longer service life and faster recharges.

 

The  Moura Clean Batteries  are approved by ANATEL and the welding points are tested according to NBR 9378.

The Moura Clean 12V Battery  has valves with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes (SPV technology) with nanometer diameter pores. These pores allow only the flow of oxygen and hydrogen produced by electrolysis to pass through the membrane, but preventing the sulfuric acid molecule from being dragged by these gases to the external environment, creating a barrier for the sulfuric acid and water molecules.

 

The  Moura Clean 12V Battery  has an exclusive combination that provides greater thermal tolerance and greater energy efficiency than  VRLA  (Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid) type batteries . With it, a shorter recharge time is guaranteed, significantly reducing the corrosive action of the electrolyte on the positive plates, which provides a longer life expectancy.

The  Moura Clean Battery  can be used in frequent discharge systems (mainly in renewable energies, being connected to  photovoltaic panels ), as well as for systems that work in floating (UPS, Telecom).

 

 

 

PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES

 

The new lead-carbon alloy technology provides greater lead compression, reducing porosity and increasing corrosion resistance, ensuring longer life at elevated temperatures and more efficient discharge.

 

In addition, Moura Clean  12V batteries  have excellent performance against severe load x discharge cycles, preserving the integrity of the plates during their useful life, when compared to   conventional stationary batteries applied in UPS.

 

Its 3D spatial structure helps in retaining the active material in the grid, with an increase in cycling resistance.
