MULTIFUNCTIONAL ELECTRIC COOKER LOTUS LT-DR10 1.8L

As a technician it quite frustrating to have product parts unavailable, I bought this cooker in September and it already bugged out, just me and my wife it has to cook some rice and steam some vegies and the worst part is, that the heating plate is damage, the part that made to handle heat got damage. smh!!! this is unacceptable. Disappointing customer. Shout out A&A for allowing straight honest reviews. Hope others have better luck.
